George Cole Quintet
The George Cole Quintet’s superbly crafted and
melodically
sophisticated original music reminds us of the best of
George
Gershwin, Johnny Mercer, and Cole Porter. The band’s
highly
stylized approach, technical mastery and fast and furious
guitar
playing is in the tradition of Django Reinhardt. It
includes crooning
vocals, a gift for comic gab and romantic duets with
vocalist, Molly Mahoney.

symphony - a sonic and visual feast for the senses -
wildly emotional and technically precise, with a gutsy
edge of percussive frenzy and tribal ritual. Tom's high
energy, passion, emotion, and superb musicality, leave
audiences nation-wide amazed and
inspired!
Tom is also the drummer for the widely popular, Grammy
award winning group, MANNHEIM STEAMROLLER, as well as
DENNIS DEYOUNG, the legendary singer/songwriter/pianist,
formerly of the famed rock group STYX.

Stella!
Stella!
is an all-female, Michigan-based American roots band
(country, blues) featuring songwriters Jo Serrapere, Jen
Sygit, Laura Bates and Diana Ladio. They will be
releasing their debut CD, sponsored by former Rolling Stone
editor and Bruce Springsteen biographer Dave Marsh, later
this year. They were recently featured on Dave
Marsh’s Sirius radio program, “Kick out the
Jams,” and have performed at the 2010 Flint Folk
Festival, the Michigan Womyn’s Music Festival and the
Harvest Gathering. We are excited to showcase this
new group.
